Shipping policy

Products purchased through our online store are subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the customer and available on the site.

Currently, our product sales cover the entire national territory of the United State. Shipping information is the absolute responsibility of the customer.

The selected timelines for product dispatch and delivery are 3-5 business days and are counted from the validation of the purchase request and the payment method. Only business days are considered for the fulfillment of this period.

UPS will make the delivery to the address you provided at the time of purchase.

Deliveries should only be made from Monday to Saturday, except for holidays, force majeure situations, or fortuitous events. All deliveries will have an added delivery note.

UPS is committed to keeping customers informed about the status of their order.

The fact that a delivery period has been exceeded does not entitle you to compensation. To address this, you must send a non-compliance notification to info@bestnowelectronics.com.

SHIPPING COSTS

All orders exceeding the Base Kilogram (1 Kg. Base) must pay an additional fee related to the Shipping Cost per Kilogram. The amount will depend on the shipping company. In the event of a return, this charge is non-refundable.
