Refund policy
Our refund policy for our account has two parts: online purchases and in-store purchases.
For in-store purchases: The customer has 5 days from the day of purchase to exchange or return their product.
For online purchases: The customer has 5 days from the day they receive the product to initiate an exchange or return.
Unfortunately, after 5 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or product exchange. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is returned to the place of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
All our appliances and/or furniture have a 15-day exchange policy, but not a return policy.
For lease or financed purchases, the customer always has the option to terminate their contract with the company and adhere to its policies.
For a return/exchange, the item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition as it was delivered.
The product must be in its original packaging. Additionally, some products are exempt from return, and this will be indicated in their description.
When initiating a return/exchange, you must contact us at info@bestnowelectronics.com detailing the reason for the return with the relevant purchase information.
If your request is approved, you will be notified in advance of the costs associated with the return/exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email (or use another means of communication) to notify you that we have received it for processing. The company has a maximum of 10 days to process the return/exchange.
If you wish to exchange for a higher-cost product, you are obligated to pay the price difference. Otherwise, the company commits to adjusting the difference with the customer.
If the customer decides to use a third-party company to return the product, Best Now Group is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage to the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a RE STOCKING FEE for up to $59 for each return product.
Before making a purchase, we recommend using online assistance to determine the type of object to buy, size, colors, designs, etc.
For this reason, the company is not responsible for shipping costs for exchanges or returns if the purchased product does not meet the desired characteristics.
We always want our customers to be satisfied. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, tell us more about your item and we’ll do our best to see is there is a way to help.
